Introducing Valerie Reichert

Valerie is French by birth and Australian by citizenship. She built her strength being a successful professional woman in three different languages, first in France, then in Switzerland and finally in Australia. Studying at the French Institute of Sport and the Law University of Strasbourg, she started her career in real estate in 1997, by designing, selling and renting properties in the fabulous white wine growing region of Alsace. After a few years in Germany and Switzerland, Valerie followed her heart and settled in Brisbane where she qualified as a full real estate agent. She has successfully completed a Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate) at the Australian Property College, and holds two Real Estate Agent Licences, as principal-licensee in charge and as Responsible Officer.

Starting in the property management field, Valerie created her own company, Lincoln Realty, originally to purchase the management rights to Dakota Apartments - one of the very popular wool-stores in Teneriffe. During this time, she achieved numerous sales within the area, resulting in a growing sphere of very satisfied clients and a few record sales. Having on-sold the management rights to Dakota Apartments in January 2007, Valerie then extended Lincoln Realty's operations from the CBD to Hendra while waiting for her restriction on trade to end in Teneriffe on February 1st, 2010.

Why“SO CHIC”

To promote Lincoln Realty, Valerie organised a contest in 2006 for her clients to select a personalised number plate for her company car. Among such examples as: “2 SELL”, “AGENT 1”, “FRENCH”, “SOLD 2”, etc, the majority of answers favoured “SO CHIC”, which has since become part of Lincoln Realty’s advertising campaign.

Throughout her career, Valerie has had the opportunity to work for many families from various nationalities and different walks of life. Some of her valued customers have included representatives from radio and television, such as B105, Nova and Channel 10; in sport, like Blake Carracella (Lions/Collingwood), Carl Webb (Broncos/Cowboys), and Sam Cordingley (Wallabies/Reds); numerous personalities from the stage productions of ‘Mama Mia’ and ‘We Will Rock You’; and in design and architecture, like Woods Bagot, and HBO + EMTB
