No damages after Brisbane flood
I am glad to confirm that I have inspected each building today and that no property managed by Lincoln Realty was affected by flood water. This includes ground floor apartments directly on the Brisbane board walk and properties in the Brisbane CBD (Skyline, Macrossan Street), Teneriffe, Newstead, Hamilton and Hendra. I nevertheless hope that yourself, your friends and relatives are safe and can only add that I sadly have no rental property currently available.

Properties in Skyline Apartment (Macrossan Street, CBD) and Mercantile Dalghety (Macquarie Street, Teneriffe) had no flood water and no power failure.

TENERIFFE, Valerie is back!
Valerie is glad to confirm that February 2010 is the end of her restriction of trade in the Teneriffe area following her sale of the management rights for Dakota Apartments and Teneriffe Hill Apartments. She has again the freedom to look after the management of any property in the area, for rental and for sales.
Teneriffe, the newest Brisbane suburb!
Valerie is happy to join Grace Grace, David Hinchliffe and all residents, to celebrate Teneriffe's elevation to suburb status. The Brisbane neighbourhood of Teneriffe has officially been granted suburb status in February 2010 following extensive public consultation by the State Government, Natural Resources, Mines and Energy Minister Stephen Robertson. Copies of the maps can be purchased from the business centre at the Landcentre, Department of Environment and Resource Management, corner Main and Vulture Streets, Woolloongabba.
